Welcome and thank you for the opportunity to connect.  If you have come here today, you have a desire to feel better. And that is a good starting point. Life is supposed to feel good and there is no limit on joy or shortage of uplifting supply.

While life is beautiful, the human journey is not without suffering.  Pain and Loss are inescapable experiences and some so profound, they disconnect us from our inherent knowing and well-being. When our efforts to cope fail to protect us from overwhelm and pain, disconnection becomes a survival strategy.  Sometimes, a way of life.

In Psychology, we call this dissociation, which is a protective mental process that enable us to escape, deny and defend against an unwanted reality. Although this defense mechanism spares us some immediate suffering, if we are unable to regain integration we lose our sense of wholeness (self love) and the ability to truly connect to another. In separation, Grief is born.

Grief is spiritual. Grief is an adaptive and essential life affirming process. Nature in her infinite wisdom coded all sentient beings with this protective capacity to ease life's suffering.  We can even look to the animal and plant worlds as they too grieve separation, loss and death

Unresolved Grief is the underlying cause for many Clinical Disorders such as Anxiety, Addiction and Depression. In children, behavioral problems often reflect this pain. Current Mental Health and cultural practices fail to support Grief's wisdom and natural healing properties.  And as a result, there are endless prescriptions and substances that promise relief for our pain - but never truly deliver us the lasting reprieve.

One cannot self-actualize and protect at the same time. Potential will always be sacrificed for relief.

What if you could trust the process and not run from existential pain...

What if you could feel afraid and know how to move forward into the unknown...

What if you could touch the hurts and sadness of life and stay open to love...

What if you could meet change and loss, and find strength in your vulnerability...

Could Grief finally deliver her Silver Lining to you?

Grief's Silver Lining is your greatest conscious expansion.

It is a time of higher calling.

Is Grief calling you?
